🏛️24,000 square feet of UNIQUE, antique, boutique and craftique items to shop for in the historic Rice-Styx Garment Factory, two story, brick building.
🔜 Featuring over 200 booths and spaces for state-wide vendors to display their items.
☕️ A small cafe’ to grab a sip and snack as you browse through our beautiful space in the heart of downtown St. James, wine country.

The vender spaces at Garment Factory Mercantile are just as unique as the building itself.
Have artifacts like arrowheads, we have glass cases.
Need a base for your Grandmas old vase? We have shelf space.
Fancy collectible jars? Display on our wooden bar(yes, we have a bar space for rent).
Forget the boring halls, put your artwork on our slatted walls.

Saturdays vendor open house was a HUGE success. Thank you to all who came for the tour, reserved your booth space, and left with the same excitement we have for the newest shopping location at Garment Factory Mercantile!!!!!
