Hi all. I’ve been MIA on here- just crazy busy with everything. Have a tip for you crafters to share. With all the shortages of supplies there days you have to think outside the box. I usually use wallmart $ greens for the tops of my carrots. Well I’m about out and they didn’t have anything that would work. I’ve used green raffia in the past but couldn’t find that either. I have painted raffia before and that works but it makes more steps. Found a green hula skirt in the party section at Hobby Lobby. Cheaper than Raffiia and it’s raffia! It worked . I have also bought a raffia door curtain in that same section to save $. Happy crafting.

Since the DIY kits have been a hit I’m Considering making a kit for my scarecrow/ pumpkin men. I would cut out and sew the bodies , hat and scarf. You would get the instructions to finish them and find your own kids clothes for them to wear. Kit would be $30 plush shipping. Anyone interested?
