What are yalls chocolate chip cookie recipes?
I can’t find the recipe I used to use and they were the perfect, gooey kind and i cannot find a recipe for it.

Also if there’s any other cookie/food mix that you like for the holidays you’re wanting to send my way. ❤️❤️

….. guess what came in the mail today! My PC coffee machine, and I’ve never been more excited!!!! One more step to a PC kitchen!!

Chicken nuggets-
Marinate chicken in pickle juice for 24 hours.
Dip in egg wash
Coat in flour (I season the flour as well)
Dip in egg wash again
Coat in flour real good and then fry.

I double egg washed and floured the pickles as well and fried them for 7 minutes

Fries- wash the potato and cut into desired size. Put in a bowl to season, then fry to desired texture

Had some leftover meat after making queso, so decided to turn it into spaghetti for lunch this week!!!

Do you meal prep or just go off leftovers?

Penny’s queso

1 lb sausage
1 lb beef
1 can of cream mushroom soup(or any cream soup)
1 jar of salsa
1 can of Rotel
1 brick of Velveeta
hot peppers & juice

For the spaghetti I used
1lb of sausage
1lb of beef
1 whole onion chopped up
Garlic to taste
Spaghetti noodles
Spaghetti sauce

I put the garlic and onion in the cooking pan first with the meat. Spaghetti was Layla approved!
