So incredibly proud and excited to have Chef Lavante Pope launch his new restaurant concept, El Campo Caribbean Fusion here at Foodie Labs. Check out this awesome feature on Fox 13! If you haven't tried his food yet, come by and say hi. His home-made roti, sandwiches and flavor-packed rice bowls are unreal.

El Campo, meaning "the countryside," brings the rich, diverse flavors of the Caribbean diaspora together in a unique fusion concept inside Foodie Labs in St. Petersburg.
