General & Livestream Sales Info, Etiquette, & Rules...
-please do not share our page or livestreams, we ask that you tag other candle and crystal-loving folks, to help protect us a d our customers from scammers and spammers
-please pm us with your email & shipping address. We'll invoice you through Zelle. Friends & family will be billed through PayPal. (*please* remember to select "Friends & Family", not "Goods & Services")
-invoices must be paid ***within 24 hours*** We don't offer holds or payment plans
-we may offer to "hold your bin" if storage space is available, in order to save you money on shipping if your order isn't wanted/needed immediately, but you'll still be invoiced for your items as they're claimed. (meaning, you'll be billed when you claim your items, not when you decide to have them shipped)
-***non-payers, and those who don't play nice with others on here, will be blocked***
-continental US buyers only
-unknown buyers are limited to claiming $100 during your first livestream with us
-we ship through PirateShip/USPS/UPS, and all shipments are insured for up to $100
-we do lots of giveaways and prizes. (YAY, right?!) If you win, ***you are expected to pay shipping*** Normally, if you're making a purchase, it doesn't add any cost to your shipping though
-the first person to show up on our screen who says "sold" or "claim" **and the name of the item, price &/or amount** gets the item. (please understand that occasionally FB lags &/or filters comments during livestreams. Your comment may show up first on your end, but that doesn't actually mean it was first)
-if you are a local pick-up (St. Petersburg, FL), please let us know when you claim. We love being paid in ca$h, but Zelle is still ok too 😀👍
-no "put backs"/changing your mind about items during a livestream, please. If you claim an item, it's yours! *Please claim responsibly*
-if you're looking for a specific item, let us know! If we don't have it, we can get it fairly quickly for you. We work with really fantastic national and international/overseas vendors, who supply us with high-quality, amazing products. We'll work diligently to get your items quickly
-no refunds or returns (they're candles & rocks, people! 😆) If an item is damaged during shipping and you'd like us to file a shipping insurance claim for you, you'll receive a credit with us if that claim is approved. You'll need to supply us with pics of the package, packaging materials, and the item & damage itself. This is pretty rare, but it can happen
-most importantly of all, and with all that being said, let's have fun & be kind to each other!!! Have a good time.
Our objective here isn't just to sell candles, crystals, rocks, etc.. We want this to be a fun, friendly "place", and to build a little community! So chat with other rock & candle lovers, make friends, and plan on seeing them here again 😊
