Shannon here, hi! If we haven't met, I'm the Chief Yarn Detangler here at The Common Thread.

One of my favorite things we've built together isn't a class, a yarn wall, or even the café. It's Scrappy Hour.

Every Friday evening, our little yarn shop fills up with knitters, crocheters, embroiderers, spinners, weavers, and all kinds of creative people who just want to spend a few hours making things together. Some people come to work on a project, some come for help, and some come because crafting is a lot more fun when you're not doing it alone.

If you've been looking for a way to meet people in St. Pete, try a new hobby, or simply spend a few cozy hours away from your phone, I'd love to invite you to join us tonight.
