How does time fly by this fast?!
It honestly feels like just yesterday I was putting Mia on the bus for her very first day of kindergarten at Prospect School, and now she is officially a junior in 11th grade! 🥹🥹

We are just so proud of her. She’s an absolute superstar in cheer, so smart, caring, kind, and creative, and above all, she's the best friend, daughter, granddaughter, and sister you could ask for.

🌷✨ Happy Monday! ✨🌷

We’re starting the week by looking back at one of our beautiful spring weddings at the Athenaeum Hotel at Chautauqua Institution. 🤍
This wedding was everything we love about spring — fresh tulips, lush peonies, soft romantic colors, and that effortless garden-inspired feel. The bridal bouquet was filled with gorgeous pink and ivory peonies, tulips, and delicate seasonal blooms, while the wedding party carried simple bouquets of crisp white tulips. 🌷
And can we talk about how beautiful all of the different pastel dresses looked together?! 💕💜💛🩵 We love when a wedding feels coordinated without everything having to match perfectly. The white tulips tied all of the colors together and kept the entire look fresh, elegant, and timeless.
One of the best parts about being a florist is getting to work with flowers that truly represent the season. Peony and tulip season may be short, but it is definitely one of our favorites! 🌸

When someone calls last minute needing arrangements for a luncheon… our creative team gets right to business! 💐😎☀️

And honestly, how FUN did these turn out?! 🌼🧡💙 We wanted something bright, cheerful, and full of personality to bring a little extra sunshine to their luncheon — so out came the colorful blooms, fun sunglasses, and little tropical umbrellas! 🌸🌴🕶️

Sometimes the last-minute projects are the ones that get our creativity flowing the most! 💕 We love being able to pull together something special and make it feel completely custom, even on short notice.

When the Firefighters Association of the State of New York calls for a spectacular casino event, you know our Justin is going to go ALL. OUT. And can you blame him? Slaying this hard for a room full of firemen... 🥵 Honestly, at this point we're just waiting for him to propose an official Swan Street Florist firefighter calendar 😅

On a real note—happy 6-month work-versary to our iced-coffee-sipping, incredibly creative soul! We hired him for flowers, but he wears so many hats around here. He’s our customer service pro, our friend, and truly family. If you've ever called the shop, you already know he's the official "voice of Swan Street Florist" 📞✨, always looking out for everyone and keeping the shop's heart beating.

Brooke, Carol, and myself just love and adore him so much, and we've learned a ton from him. His eye for color and design is just next-level. Even off the clock, his passion doesn't quit—the man is at home designing flowers at least three nights a week, sending us pictures, and always bringing fresh ideas to the table. Having someone with that kind of genuine drive is everything. You completely killed it, Justin! 🥂✨

Rehearsal dinner? 💍✨ Yes, please.

How gorgeous is this long-table setup we created at West Rose in Ellicottville? 😍

We loved filling the table with florals from end to end—rich burgundies, soft peach and champagne tones, touches of white, and plenty of textured greenery. 🌿🌹 The mix of individual centerpieces created that lush, garden-inspired look while still letting the beauty of the table and venue shine through.
Proof that your rehearsal dinner deserves beautiful flowers, too. 🤍

People see the final result: gorgeous flowers and perfect balloon arches. What they don't see is us living our best lives balancing on ladders to make the magic happen. We definitely spend more time up in the air than we do on the ground! 🌸🎈
