This family-friendly Sale Creek vacation home is located on the waterfront, within a 5-minute walk of Chickamauga Lake and Tennessee River. Hiwassee Wildlife Refuge and Swinging Bridge Park are also within 12 mi (20 km).

It was a busy weekend at The Recovery Room preparing for summer. I installed cleats and rub railing/bumpers on the new composite dock. Got to see the new composite decks. The lower level is going to stay dry now. The water level finally started to rise. Only a few weeks available, so message me if you're interested in staying.

Lots of updates. New outdoor lighting, new cable railing on lower deck, new stepping stones off the lower deck and new stone on the fire pit seating area.

Kathy and her crew have been coming to The Recovery Room for the last 6 years. The last 3 summers they have booked 2 weeks every July. The previous guests used charcoal in the Weber Genesis gas Grill and ruined it so I ordered a new grill. The guys surprised me with a picture of it all put together. It’s awesome when your guests become like family. Love sharing my house with my guests/family so they can make awesome memories. They already booked 2 weeks for 2023 and had two more additional bookings for 2023. Book now if you are planning to come next year. July only has 6 days available.
