I hope you were able to find some joy this weekend- even if it was just a little.

The boys had their monthly black powder shoot at their club, so that left mom and I some time to thrift. We stopped at few yardsales and actually did better at those than we did any shops! Mom seemed to have the magic touch and found some really cool finds. I didn"t come up empty handed though.

This little vintage find brought me all kinds of joy!! I think I'm going to turn it into a magnet for the fridge 😅. It reminded me of my grandma because she had one of those ' I'm on a 30 day diet- so far I've lost 18 days' magnets on her fridge.

I also found an abundance of joy in a long leisurely lunch with mom at Nash’s Restaurant in North Vernon. If you haven't been, I highly recommend. We've met the boys there for lunch several times in their shoot days. Everything we've had has been exquisite! I had so much fun joking, laughing and eating though that I forgot to take pictures!!
