I’ve been experimenting with Ai, simply to see the tools clients are able to access, before and after contacting me.

I can see the allure of designing your space without a professional. I can also discern the false expectations it creates. We cannot pretend a renovation happens in one hour episodes. Same goes for prompts.

Hiring a qualified interior designer ensures your project is completed. We oversee contractors and track ordered items. Place furniture, hang art, and do a final walkthrough to fix any remaining issues.

Construction installation is for implementing the design. Paired with accurate technical plans developed during the construction documentation phase.

Full-service interior design requires a level of project management that can easily go unnoticed. Drafting blueprints, precise technical drawings for builders and contractors. Peep the original by hand. 👀

Finalizing design choices, reviewing technical drawings, site visits with trades, and deliverables for sign off.

Paired with order details—schedules are created for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). We have a finish meeting in person, on-site, to confirm product selections together. Alignment and planning.

Construction documentation is for drafting technical plans. In my opinion, the most critical phase of Interior Design.

Once we’re in contract, meaning we’ve agreed to work together, documents are signed and deposit received. Discussing payment structure and schedule is key.

We move intentionally to finalize choices. Reviewing detailed layouts and product selections together. There will be a walk-through with the GC. Alignment and planning.

Design development is for refinement. Selecting materials- specific finishes, tiles, fabric, and paint colors. Ultimately, nothing happens without client approval.
