Excited to be part of Olsen design and developments tour home this year in the new Fairview addition in Salem. We are installing an Oregon white oak “ edge grain “ flooring from zena forest products !! This is the same product used up at the new pdx expansion. Stay tuned for finished product later this week !!

Thanks to extremely skilled people I work with this American walnut floor turned out stunning. This floor was coated with a single component water Bourne finish “ Pallmann power “ that’s fairly new and if you’re looking for a finish that’s extremely durable with out the “ high voc’s” this is it!!

Something a little different..... this is " Rubio mono coat " graphite color. It's a penetrating oil that gets burnished into the floor rather than multiple coats of finish. Surprisingly durable and extremely low " voc " very environmentally friendly!!

Most people would have ran and ran fast from this floor. But hidden under carpet , 1/4" thick glue and multiple layers of vinyl was a red and white oak mix floor. Thanks to my amazingly skilled team we were able to restore this floor. The owner was told by other floor companies that his only choice was to cover back up with carpet. I beg to differ!!

Doing what we do best!! This living room had existing carpet and customer wanted hardwood. So we laced the new floor into the old floor and did a full refinish. Looks like it was all done at the same time!!
