or a few years and so far so good! Processing time: 1-2 weeks (not including weekends or holidays) this is subject to change so please check shop announcements to verify current turnaround times. This time doesn’t include shipping, the processing time is the time from when your order is placed until it ships. If your order is placed on a weekend it will begin processing the following business day. The processing time allows us time to not only complete your order but all our other orders we receive. We do receive a high volume of orders, so please understand we go in the order received and your order will take the entire processing time. Shipping: Priority USPS mail, this is typically 1-3 days however can take longer depending on the post office, shipping times begin after your order ships after the 3-4 week processing time. We do offer shipping options via FedEx. Please keep in mind during the holiday season shipping times can and will be longer so please plan accordingly. We are not responsible for packages that arrive late due to the carrier service.

We are not responsible for accidental damage. If you tumbler falls or is dropped we don’t cover the damage, we will be glad to assist you with getting it repaired(if possible) or remade but please understand there is a fee that will be associated.

If incorrect information is provided and package is returned customer is responsible for cost of re-shipping and custom listing fee. Item will be held until fee is paid. If your order arrives damaged please take photos of the box and damaged goods and send them to us, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier, your order does include shipping insurance just in case your order is damaged in transit.***Please be aware every tumbler will be unique and not the same as the one in the photo. Tumblers will not be remade if you’re unhappy with the placement of the glitter as each are handmade and glitter doesn’t lay the same on each tumbler. And stray specks of glitter might happen! Please be aware each tumbler will not be the same, similar but not the same as these are handmade items each on differs.
