It may not feel like it today but it’s spring and there are birds looking for a place to build a nest. Lawson has three birdhouses already made and ready for your birdie!!! One is navy blue with a light blue roof, one is black with a gold roof, and one is mustard yellow with a brown roof. $10 each or all of them for $25.

Just wanted to update everyone on how the sheep are doing. Last week and this week I took my lambs to the Chariton County Fair (received Champion Dorset ewe, Reserve Champion Dorset ewe, and Reserve a champion Dorset ram as well as winning the junior showmanship class) and the Ray County Fair (received champion Dorset ram, champion Dorset ewe, and reserve champion Dorset ewe). Now it’s time to get ready for the Missouri State Fair. I’ll be going with three lambs and coming back with four. Thanks to everyone that has bought a birdhouse to help me start my flock!

Thanks to everyone that has bought a birdhouse so far. I’ve been able to buy 2 registered Dorset ewe lambs and a registered Dorset ram lamb. I would like to be able to buy a couple more ewes this summer or fall.

Hopefully spring is just around the corner and the birds are going to need a place to beat. I have ready to go painted birdhouses or ones that can be painted to colors of your choice. I’m so close to my goal of buying my sheep, please consider buying a birdhouse to help my dream happen!
