After God flooded the Earth, He made a covenant with Noah & placed rainbows 🌈 in the clouds. This beautiful display of color is a reminder of God's promise to never flood the planet & destroy all of life again (Genesis 9: 8-17)

My faith has transported me back to my
for a bit. And Lord, it's not always easy, so every day I commit to "finding rainbows amongst the clouds" By this I mean that I look for signs from God that He will never leave me and will fulfill His promises to me.

Sometimes, it's a song 🎵 or a text 📱 from a friend. Sometimes, it's a sermon 🙏 that pops up on YouTube or a gathering with friends 👭👭 who pour into one another. Sometimes, it's as simple as a smile 😃 or a hug 🫂 Sometimes the signs are so much bigger than I could have imagined. But every day, I have faith that I will see a sign 💯

So, even though it's cloudy here today on the Eastern Shore of MD, I see beautiful colors everywhere

Truth bomb 💣 right here!!

Listen, you don't have to stay in the same place forever. Buying a home 🏡 doesn't mean that is where you have to stay long term.

A home can be a "step-up" home - the small one that you buy to build equity 💰 that you use to buy the bigger home in the next 5 years or so

A home can be a temporary residence & future investment property - you buy to live for a short time period, then move on but hold it & rent it out 💵

📣 It's "De-clutter Season"!!

Clutter can create a feeling of chaos, making achieving goals a little bit harder. This makes January an ideal month to get your home 🏡 organized!!

If this task seems daunting, start with one space in your home - preferably the area where you feel the most unorganized 🤪

Start by separating your stuff into 3 piles - keep, trash, donate. Now, this may be difficult, so ask yourself this,

"If I lost this, would I buy it again?" 🤔

If the answer is yes, it may be a keeper. If the answer is no, it's gotta go

Once you have your piles complete, take out the trash, put the to-be donated items in your car (don't forget to drop them off), then get busy replacing your "keep" pieces in a neat & calming way

Trust me! "I regret organizing my home." Said no one ever.😉

🙌 Blessed that I love the home God placed me in 🏡 this New Year's Eve 🎉

Feeling waaaayy under the weather 🤕 so I'll be lucky 🍀 to make it from the bed 🛌 to my beautiful upholstered sofa 🛋 by midnight 🕛 on Sunday. And if I do, I'm sure I'll be in my favorite sweats lol

🙏 I'm praying I can shake this off in time for the 10:30pm service at 3C USA Delmar Campus 💒 on 12/31 but if not I'll just 💻 from whichever room in my cute little I end up in 💛
