As some of you may know, Collectors' Choice Antiques Gallery is closing soon. So, as we are gradually moving things out Im having a "dont want to take it with me sale". Selling all country/primitive furniture pieces at 20% off.

Pie safes, corner cupboards, a lancaster co Dutch cupboard, chests, grain bins all needs to go. I will be taking a few things at a time back to Salisbury but whatever is there will be on sale until its gone. So if youre in the area of New Oxford PA it may be worth a visit.

To all my DYI people. The circular sander is not your friend no matter what some of these social media influencers say! A solid walnut table we are working on. Before vs After. Now after a weekend of sanding, we can finally stain.

Finishing up some work on this Antique Chinese Rosewood cabinet. I shutter to think how long it took for the craftsman to carve these pieces. A beautiful piece of art.

It has been a long time coming, but this piece is finally nearing completion! I’ve been so caught up in client restorations that my own projects had to take a backseat, but the recent change in pace has allowed me to cross the finish line. This is truly one of the finest Eastern Shore yellow pine cupboards I’ve encountered; from the reeded raised panels to the intricate chip carvings in the molding, the 18th-century craftsmanship is captivating. I’m incredibly proud to put my name on this one. Now that the work is done, the only question is: what should I do with it?

We can do any sheen from high gloss to soft satin. We can also do hand rubbed oil and wax finishes as well.

A beautiful cherry custom built mid century table came in for refinishing. Everything was done by hand using a danish oil and wax finish to leave a durable soft low sheen that is smooth to the touch and will last for years.
