Welcome to Anxious Heart Designs! Thank you for visiting my page and taking the time to read this (slightly lengthy) post! This is to answer some of the most frequently asked questions so that I can spend more time making these amazing products and less time answering questions about them, although if you don’t find the answer to your question please shoot me a message and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible!

My name is Brittney Parsons, owner, creator, and designer. I’m a mom to two little boys and two golden retriever fur babies (girls, naturally to even the score HAHA). I work full time for my family’s business, so that alone gives me a (happily) full plate, however crafting is my passion and I pride myself in giving top quality items with giving extra attention to detail.

I specialize in Stainless Steel Tumblers but offer an array of products such as jewelry, T-shirts, car decals, wooden signs, pop-sockets, badge reels, and keychains.

All items can be customized/personalized/changed/adjusted. I have over 300+ glitter colors and that number grows weekly as I love mixing my own blends as well as making my own glitters from scratch. I love designing from scratch, message me your ideas, likes, dislikes and we can create something that is perfect for you. All details are discussed prior to payment, although the actual start of your item, as well as the processing time does not begin until payment is received. I can ship items across the country for a small shipping fee but I also offer local pick up from my office located at 4686 Snow Hill Rd. Salisbury, MD 21804. For the sake of your safety and my own I do not make deliveries. You will be messaged when your order is complete, and will have two weeks from date of completion to pick up your order or make other arrangements!

*---Shipping/Processing Time---*

All of our tumblers are made in our home from start to finish. Handmade products take time to create. By purchasing this item, you are agreeing to an ESTIMATED wait time. I attempt to always under promise and over deliver, processing time can vary between 2-10 weeks, depending on my intake of orders/Holiday seasons. **Rush Orders Available for an additional fee. If you need a rush order, please message prior to, giving the date needed and be sure I am able to accommodate you. All processing time starts when payment is received, NOT when order is discussed.

*--TUMBLERS--*

-I offer a large variety of sizes (ranging from 10oz to 40oz) and styles of Stainless steel Tumblers. *These are stainless steel, double wall, vacuum insulated tumblers, that include a transparent lid to see inside the cup. Select sizes do come with straws(see pictured). They are sure to keep your favorite drink hot or cold for hours! The entire cup is sealed with an FDA compliant sealer (which is food and drink safe) to prevent the cup from peeling or shedding color/glitter and results in a smooth to the touch finish.

*--Care Instructions--*

*Epoxied tumbler should be treated like glass. While properly care for epoxy provides a smooth and durable sealant, they are not crack-proof and should be treated as such. If handled and treated with care, your tumbler will last a very long time. These tumblers are NOT dishwasher safe or microwave safe. They are hand-wash only. To preserve the integrity of the epoxy, do not soak or leave in extreme heat for extended periods of time. These are handmade with love, so please handle with care. Each tumbler will come with care instruction cards inside the box/ or inside the tumbler itself. Hand-wash only. Do not soak. Do not place in dishwasher. Not microwave safe. -Avoid extreme heat (leaving outside in the sun, in a hot car, etc.) Do not drop.

*--PICTURES--*

YES! You may send me an image of a particular tumbler for inspiration. If I am able/agree to design these tumblers, I am not guaranteeing that my glitters will be the exact shade of the glitter in your picture, If you want the exact shade, please order from the original designer. I do guarantee that I have a color that’s very close, I also offer color swatches so you can choose the color you feel is closest. I am not held responsible for this variation.

*—Branding--*

Each tumbler comes with a discreet image of my logo on the bottom. As with YETI, Ozark, Michael Kors, Mossy Oak, American Eagle, Ford, Chevy, ETC. Branding is a small way to bring business and allow others to know what/where they can find the same item. Tumblers are no different. If you wish to have a tumbler by me, but would rather brag by mouth and not have my brand on the bottom, you have the option to pay a small additional fee and receive a tumbler without the branding.

*--RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY--*

All of my tumblers are custom/handmade to order; therefore, it is not possible to cancel your order once check out is complete/payment has been made and the process has started. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of my estimated processing time (if you need it by a specific date please make that known prior to payment)** No returns/exchanges. If you feel there is an error/problem with your order at any fault of mine, contact me within 7 days from delivery and I will make it right.
