We’re proud to share the completion of this newly designed Courtyard By Marriott Birmingham Grandview bar space crafted to bring together warmth, sophistication, and comfort. Thoughtful lighting, clean architectural lines, and layered materials create an inviting environment where guests can relax, gather, and enjoy the atmosphere. 🍸

From the custom bar detailing to the curated lighting and seating, every element was intentionally designed to enhance the guest experience while complementing the overall hotel environment.

Another hospitality space brought to life through intentional design and collaboration. 🥂

Linda Rey Baxter Green, age 72, passed away on September 18, 2023. She was born on July 2, 1951, in Oakland, California, to Elva Rose Driggs Baxter and Reed Norr Baxter. She married Don Peck Jr. on December 17, 1971. Linda grew up in Bountiful, Utah, in a large family of loving brothers and sisters....

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the death of Linc Hospitality's founder, Linda Rey Green.

Surrounded by her family, Linda passed away September 18, 2023, after a long hard-fought battle with brain atrophy. There are no words to express our sorrow, but we wish to share a moment of appreciation for her jovful life that was taken too soon.

Linda was a pioneer in the hospitality industry, she was one of the first women to combine design, purchasing, and procurement under one umbrella. She will be remembered in the hospitality and design industry for her sedulousness. She was an assertive leader who had a keen business acumen, in addition to her creativity and passion for interior design. Linda believed that being a leader meant mentoring her staff. She prioritized passing on her vast wealth of knowledge and decades of experience. Linda took pride in earning and keeping the respect of Linc’s long-standing clients and vendors. She was a consummate professional, overseeing every aspect of each project to ensure success.

Linda embodied the spirit of Linc Hospitality and will be sorely missed by her family, friends, and colleagues.
