This custom home is located steps from the Jordanelle Reservoir. It won't be ready for a few months, but the homeowner is already thrilled with the finished product. Design by J Fife Design. Construction by Millcreek Homes.

This stunning greenhouse needs no introduction. A full day timelapse with vocals by Judy Garland do the trick.

Winter is a great season. I love how peaceful it is. I don't mind that the trees are bare or that the flowers aren't blooming. They need a rest just as much as the rest of us do. This winter animation scene of the chateau that I recently modeled is inspired by that peaceful rest of winter.

Big remodel projects require extensive planning. This Chateau is located in the French countryside.
I didn't have access to floorplans, and it didn't make much sense to fly halfway across the world to take measurements for a feasibility study. Google... and a knowledge of scale and proportion have made modeling this Chateau a possibility. If we can do it in here. We can do it anywhere.

Home doesn't begin at the front door. It may be a few steps or a short walk from the curb to the threshold, but everything between counts.
I designed my front yard so that something is always in bloom. The delicate puffs of this hydrangia are taking over the show now.
I fell in love with these flowers back in 2007 when I visited Marble House in Newport RI. Their display is much more impressive than mine, but it adds the perfect amount of Gilded Age elegance to my home.

When samples arrive it's like a small dose of Christmas. This little sample is as real as it gets.
J Fife Design does what little samples can't do. Show the whole picture. I do what sample boards, and inspirational photos can't. I don't expect anyone to "imagine" their dream space. I want to show it to you.

Inspired by my clients love of the 1950's... this little studio apt has big BIG impact. Perfect for a young couple, or a college student. It will be available for rent end of July.
