We are back up and running full throttle!! We purchased a new machine on top of the company sending a replacement for the one that crashed.. so we will have an extra machine running to complete even more orders weekly!!! Thanks everyone for your patience!!

⚠️ A Quick Update for Our Customers ⚠️

We want to apologize for the slightly longer turnaround times some of you may be experiencing.

Unfortunately, one of our engravers crashed last Thursday. We’ve already got a replacement in the works and are hoping to have it here sometime next week!

We are NOT completely shut down and are still working hard to get orders completed. However, anything involving custom engraving or custom hats may take just a little longer than usual while we’re operating with limited equipment.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and continued support while we get everything back up and running at full speed.

We’ll continue working through orders as quickly as possible, and we appreciate you bearing with us! ❤️
