Cooking is an expression of love & when we infuse our food with loving energy our bodies benefit greatly. Born and raised in Germany, I grew up helping my mother and siblings in the kitchen, where my passion for cooking started. I am a Chopra Center Certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Educator and teach the Chopra Perfect Health Program right here in San Antonio.

My dear friend Paula Kager is featured in this week’s Sonn(en)tag newsletter. She’s the owner/founder of kuckucksnest germanware, a German emporium, in Fredericksburg TX. Her store is full of many wonderful German imported products like Lederhosen, Dirndls, hats, other apparel, linens, home decor, other goodies, and of course the namesake Cuckoo clocks directly from the Black Forest. Please check it out the next time you’re in the Hill Country.
