👉The Chappell Hill Scarecrow Festival is still ON...and it is FREE to shop with all the vendors. SAME place, SAME vendors. Lots of shopping, food and fun...all FREE to enter.

But it is now called the Scarecrow Music Festival and you do have to purchase tickets to listen to the bands play....but it is FREE to walk around and shop with the vendors.
