Ingredients (serves 1)
2 shots fresh espresso cooled
½ cup coconut cream
1 tsp simple syrup
1 cup ice cubes
Pinch of cinnamon to garnish
Steps
Brew two shots of espresso and let cool completely
Fill a tall clear glass with ice
Pour espresso over the ice
Add simple syrup and stir gently
Slowly pour coconut cream over the back of a spoon
