As we continue to grow, we felt like it was time to make a few small changes to better represent who we are and where we’re going. There’s been a lot of thought behind it because stepping on anyone’s toes or creating confusion was NEVER the intention. Nothing about the heart of what we do is changing, we’re just making sure we’re creating our own lane while giving ourselves room to grow. Same Queen, just making a few adjustments. 👑

No more dry chicken breasts. 🔥
I’m grilling them over direct heat, pulling at 154°F… not because it’s magic, but because I like the way that number looks. 😏

Then I let them rest for 45 minutes in foil while the carryover heat finishes the cook. The result? Tender, juicy chicken breast every. single. time.

Trust this process… or don’t. That’s up to you. 😉🍗
