Is carpet on the stairs worth it? Spoiler: absolutely. ✅

Here at Hicks Flooring, we install carpet on staircases every week — and it's one of those upgrades that homeowners wish they had done sooner.

Think about it. Your stairs are one of the most used spots in your entire home. Hard, slippery surfaces on steps can be a safety hazard — especially for young kids and older family members. Carpet changes that instantly.

And beyond safety? It just looks beautiful. 😍

We carry a wide selection of carpet styles, textures, and colors through Carpet One — so you'll find something that fits your home and your budget perfectly.

Ever wonder what goes into a custom wood parquet installation? 🤔

Parquet isn't just flooring — it's an art form. Those intricate geometric patterns don't happen by accident. They take skill, precision, and a team that genuinely loves the craft.

Here's what our process looks like:
🔲 Subfloor prep & leveling — the foundation everything depends on
📐 Precise pattern planning & layout — every angle matters with parquet
🔨 Expert installation — piece by piece, pattern by pattern
🪵 Sanding, finishing & detailing — until it's absolutely perfect

The result? A floor that doesn't just look stunning — it becomes the centerpiece of the entire room.
