Hi, I’m Gina, the owner and principal designer behind Abode Interior Design.

For all of our new followers, I thought I’d introduce myself!

I started Abode in 2013 after a previous career in pharmaceutical sales. While living in Europe for four years, I became fascinated by architecture, interiors, and the way our surroundings shape how we live. That experience inspired me to return home, enroll in the Interior Design program at St. Mary’s University, and eventually launch the business I love today.

My favorite part of design is people. I love getting to know my clients, solving problems, and helping them create homes that truly support the way they want to live. Every project is different, and I enjoy working through the options to find the solution that feels just right.

My personal style leans classic with a mix of old and new—timeless, collected, and comfortable.

When I’m not designing, you’ll usually find me traveling, enjoying great food, fabulous cocktails, and laughing with friends and family.

And if there’s one thing I hope to bring to both my work and my life, it’s this:

Girls’ Night at the NBA Finals! 🏀✨

What an incredible, edge-of-your-seat season. We couldn’t be prouder of the Spurs and all they’ve accomplished.

We’ve been fortunate to help several Spurs families make their new houses feel like home when relocating to San Antonio, and we’ve been so impressed, not just by the athletes, but by the people. These families have been genuinely kind, respectful, and a joy to work with.

Congratulations on an amazing season, and thank you for representing San Antonio so well! 🤍🖤

Precision is everything.

When designing this plastic surgery practice, our goal was to create an environment that feels calm, sophisticated, and welcoming from the moment patients walk through the door.

Rich textures, contemporary artwork, warm wood tones, and serene shades of blue come together to create a space that feels more boutique hospitality than traditional medical office. Every detail was intentionally selected to elevate the patient experience while supporting the functionality required of a modern practice.

One of the qualities that makes this surgeon so exceptional is his obsessive attention to detail; a characteristic that extends beyond patient care and into his appreciation for quality furnishings, thoughtful design, and timeless aesthetics. That shared commitment to excellence made this project especially rewarding to bring to life. ✨

Our Geddington House project featured by was envisioned as a sophisticated interpretation of refined family living, where clean architectural lines meet warmth, texture, and livability.

Located in the prestigious Bentley Manor community of Shavano Park, this full interior project was thoughtfully curated to feel timeless rather than trend-driven. Every furnishing, finish, and layer was selected to create a home that feels refined yet approachable, polished yet deeply personal.

From the welcoming entry to the serene private spaces, each room was designed to tell a cohesive story, one rooted in balance, elegance, and effortless living.

We’re honored to see Geddington House featured in SA Woman Magazine and grateful for the opportunity to bring this vision to life.
