Garden harvest ➡️ Thai Nam Jim Jeaw steak salad. 🌿🔥

Most of the herbs and vegetables in this bowl came straight from my backyard today. Fresh mint, thai basil, green onions, tomatoes, black cobra chili peppers, and greens combined with a smoky, spicy, tangy Nam Jim Jeaw dressing made from toasted rice, lime, garlic, and chilies. I'm hoping I made my two thai friends proud. One of them is the one that taught me how to get my garden set up. Forever grateful!

Pink chilaquiles! By far the most beautiful dish I have ever made.

Roasted beets, tomato, habanero peppers, blended for that deep, earthy heat… poured over crispy chips, topped with a jammy egg, crema, queso fresco, and fresh cut cabbage and chives. Wish I can take credit for this recipe but I saw it on IG 😍

Gourmet dishes, perfect wine pairings (that kept flowing all 4 hours!) and a night full of laughs with my best friend of 26 YEARS 🤍 plus meeting some really fun people along the way.

Spent my birthday at Specialty Produce with my family — grateful for everything this year has brought, and inspired that I’m still learning every single day.

Birthday dinner request? Filet mignon at home… but this time with new techniques. Mini Hasselback potatoes, crispy spinach chips, and edible flowers for that extra touch.
