A little progress update from one of our projects currently under construction.

Right now, it’s a lot of open walls, exposed framing and spaces that don’t look like much yet but this is where so many of the details start coming together.

We’re excited to see the plans come to life alongside Novos Construction, who’s handling the remodel. More to come as this one takes shape.

AI is an incredible tool.

But a beautiful rendering isn’t the same as a well-designed home. AI can create an image. It can’t understand how your family lives, how natural light changes a room, or why everyone ends up gathered around the kitchen island.

Making a room look beautiful is easy.

Designing one that feels effortless to live in is the real challenge.

We recently toured the Jacobs Music Center, and it made us appreciate just how much thought goes into creating a memorable space.

One of our favorite details? The chandelier was inspired by dancers moving across the stage. And those beautiful wavy screens surrounding the concert hall aren’t just there to look good, they’re acoustic panels that help shape the sound throughout the room.

It’s details like these that remind us the best design isn’t just beautiful. It has a purpose.

One thing we always do when we travel? Slow down and pay attention.

It’s rarely the famous landmarks that catch our eye. It’s the craftsmanship, the materials, the textures, and the small architectural details that give a place its character.

Those are the kinds of ideas that subtly find their way into future projects.

Some homes are beautiful.
The ones you remember have personality.

One of our favorite parts of a project is seeing everything come together.

Renderings, samples, drawings... after months of decisions, it’s exciting to finally present the full vision. We have just a few details left before this one heads into construction, and we can’t wait to watch it come to life.
