The coworking space at our Virano project makes you go “mmhmm” when you walk in! We maximized this space to include plenty of seating and two private workspaces for tenants/guests that need some privacy for conference calls or focused meetings.

We wanted the space to feel more lively than your typical office space and included some pops of color with the vibrant yellow felt pendants (bonus: acoustical attenuation!), a calm blue accent paint on the walls and chairs and unique “V” pendants to bring your eye up in the space with the higher ceiling.

This primary bedroom was designed as a sanctuary for our clients to enjoy a book by the beautifully bookmatched stone fireplace, snuggle up for a movie in bed or a quiet retreat to recharge.

The stunning ocean view provides the perfect morning sunrise / evening sunset in bed .. arguably one of the (many) best spots in this home! 😍

Step into this serene, elevated and fully custom primary bathroom we designed for two of our favorite clients! They requested a spacious double vanity, steam shower and an outdoor shower. We love the texture of the marble star and cross vanity backsplash framed with the warm oak wood surround. The large picture window overlooking the greenery wrapping around the outdoor shower helps create the indoor/outdoor vibe while showering 🌿 (and also provides plenty of privacy!).

This multifunctional beauty was designed for a client who needed a creative sanctuary by day—and a cozy movie room for her kids and their friends by night.

We blended elegance with function: custom built-ins with brass inlay door panels offer elevated storage for crafting essentials, while the patterned wallcovering on the ceiling adds a bold, unexpected layer of texture and drama.

The showstopper? Custom steel and glass sliding doors that create a striking entrance while keeping the space feeling open and airy.

A room that works hard, plays hard, and looks amazing doing it. 🎬🎨✨
