The Soul of the Workshop 💼✨
Before it was a brand, it was a mission: “You think it, I create it. All things custom.” 🛠️
I was already in my element creating customized rolling tray sets for 5 months when I got the phone call that gave my business its name. My mom called to ask what I was doing, and I told her I was in the workshop. She replied, “You always in The MF’in Wrkshop. Well, make me something I can take to work and sell and come get this plate!” 🗣️💥
I started making those Chucks and Pearls shirts in every color. She sold them out, showed them off to everyone, and pushed me to go harder. My dad wanted in on the hustle, too—he asked for shirts to sell on the corner so he’d have some extra money in his pocket for a beer. I never did give him those shirts (I wasn't having him standing on the corner!), but he handed me $100 for supplies to help me get started. To this day, he still reminds me that he owns 10% of The MF'in Wrkshop LLC because of that investment! 😂
But my real "why" comes from watching my mother. She was the definition of a vibe. The truth is, half the time she wasn't even invited to the party—but if she showed up, she was there for a good time and to make sure the host had everything they needed. She’d cook at home and bring a dish just in case, she’d be the first one helping to passing out plates, and she made sure everyone felt the love. 🕊️🖤
Watching her turn up and take care of people is exactly why I do what I do today. I don’t just create items; I help you host moments.
After losing her, I realized that memories are truly all we have left. 5 years later, I am still using that same Cricut machine she bought me to make sure your family outings, weddings, and celebrations leave a mark that lasts forever.
As a single mother balancing a 9-to-5, I’m building this legacy to turn my passion into my full-time reality. I know the struggle of trying to plan the "perfect" moment—I’m here to make it happen for you.
