JW Floor Covering, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator within our dynamic and collaborative team in Santa Rosa. In this role, you will provide support to the Branch Manager.

The ideal candidate will provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring of installation projects.

Project Coordinator Job Duties:

The Project Coordinator will be assisting the manager in various tasks and responsibilities each day which include but will not be limited to The Following:

Managing various projects
Creating and Maintaining all task and systems including electronic files.
Answering phones and emails, scan Badges, provide Customer Service.
Completes many systems task and projects, organizing data and correcting data.
Must be able to handle last minute assignments.
Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
Other Duties Assigned by Manager
Qualified Candidates must have the following Skills:

Must be flexible and have some experience working through internal internet website and with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to multi-task with a keen attention to detail and follow-up
Self-Starter with strong organizational skills
Strong computer skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor in handling all aspects of business.
Ability to work with minimal hands-on supervision.
Experience with Flooring projects and/ or companies is preferred, but not required.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS!
Must be able to Pass Background Check

2 shifts available based on experience - Monday through Friday 7am- 4pm or an 8am – 5 pm. Both shifts have potential for Overtime

Summary: To ensure that JW customers are scheduled correctly and properly prepared for their installations. To assist 3rd party contractor with any inquiries or direct inquiries to the best resource. To maintain customer centered task and reporting along with other administrative functions to ensure the success of each installation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

· Scheduling installation

· Completing positive or negative change orders

· Any other tasks assigned by management.

· Inbound outbound calls and emails to customers and contractors.
