Luna Soul Wellness supports women and the community by offering products and services This diagnosis put a toll on my body physically and mentally.

I am a wife to a wonderful loving man, CEO of my household, and a proud mother to 4 beautiful kids (one lives in Heaven). I love my family so they are always first in my life, as they are my first passion, my second passion is fitness. I always worked out at the gym since I was teen all the way till having my 3rd child. After having my 3rd child, 2rd daughter via c-section I encountered some postpartum problems .I ended up with an umbilical hernia and a severe abdominal wall separation called diastasis recti, which is caused by many c-sections. I wasn't able to exercise and reach my fitness goals. Working out has always helped me relieve stress and brought a true happiness to my face so not being able to do the things I wanted to do like yoga, Pilates, weight lifting ,etc… was out of my reach. I did it here and there but I was always worried about messing my body up more. I put a passion of mine on hold for many years. At times I would get so frustrated with my body. My family and friends don’t even know I had these issues because I struggled with them internally and mentally. I would only share my deepest emotions with my husband. We both agreed that we wanted one more child so I put my much need surgery repairs on hold. Finally, 5 years later (a year and half after having my 4th child who was born via c-section) I opted to have the surgery to repair my abdominal wall muscles and hernias. I have been recovered a few months now and I am so excited and thrilled to be able to get started on reaching my fitness goals without anything being in my way psychically. I decided to become a coach with beach body to finally pursue my second passion, FITNESS!! I love to eat healthy, inspire, and motivate people. I want to share my journey with everyone. THIS IS A NEW BEGINNING FOR ME THEREFORE; I WANT TO BE A PART OF YOUR NEW BEGINNING TOO! We all have had personal struggles in life and we all deserve a chance to be our best self. I want to help you do that. Helping you also helps me in so many ways. So let’s help each other live this one life we have to fullest passion in our hearts that we have.

Three San Diego Latinas sat down for a cafecito with us, and each one reminded us what it looks like to build something that lifts other women up with you.

For Hispanic Heritage Month, Episode 22 is our love letter to three local mujeres who are changing what’s possible for Latinas in this city.

Supporting Latinas is at the heart of everything we do at Espíritu Coffee Chats, and sitting across from these women felt like a celebration of exactly that.

☕ Jazmin Cornejo Jazmin | Bizz Bitch Podcast & Community For Entrepreneurs builds community for women entrepreneurs, along with the sexy systems that give them their time back.

☕ Pam Covarrubias Pam Covarrubias has spent nine years amplifying Latina voices through Café con Pam and leading the fight against calladita culture.

☕ Laura SAN DIEGO REALTOR | LAURA GONZALEZ co-owner of With Purpose Realty, is opening the door to homeownership for Hispanic families who were never told it was possible for them.

Each of them has been making waves for Latinas here in San Diego, and they’re nowhere near done. We are so proud of them. If you’re looking to feel empowered and inspired, go give them a follow and show them some love. They are powerful, and they shine in their own light.

Pam, Laura, and Jazmin gracias for letting us host you. We are so honored to be chingonas alongside you.

Episode 22 is out now. Listen wherever you get your podcasts, or tap the link in bio.

Virgo szn is hitting different this year because I’m turning 45 and apparently I’ve decided the whole month of September is a celebration. 🎂✨

If you’ve been sitting on the idea of getting your astrology reading or Human Design reading done, this is the moment your chart has literally been waiting for.

45% off. The whole month. My birthday, your time to dive deeper into your spiritual charts.

Here’s what a reading actually does for you, amiga:

Your astrology chart stops feeling like a personality quiz and starts feeling like a permission slip. To stop second-guessing your timing. To understand why certain patterns keep showing up. To finally make a decision that actually feels like YOU.

Your Human Design chart hands you the instruction manual your nervous system has been begging for. How you make decisions. Where you lose energy. Why you’re exhausted doing it the way everyone else does it. It changes things.

You’re not behind. You’re just missing the context. And that’s exactly what a reading gives you.

This is for the woman who is growth oriented, emotionally intelligent, and done guessing.

The one who knows something needs to shift but can’t quite name it yet. The one who invests in real tools, not just inspiration.

One session. Real clarity. 45% off because la jefa is feeling generous.

DM me the word READING and I’ll send you the link. Spots fill fast. September only. 🐍

Con cariño,
Arlene

I’m 45 and I’m not afraid to admit that:
1. Eight years ago I started this business with nine years of quiet self-study behind me and almost no one who knew what Human Design even was. I thought by now I’d feel settled. Some days I still feel like I’m building it from the ground up.

2. I used to think turning 45 in year eight would mean I’d finally feel arrived. Instead the offers keep expanding, the students keep teaching me, and I keep learning skills I didn’t know I needed. That part surprised me.

3. There’s a specific kind of pressure in still feeling new at something you’ve done for almost a decade. I’ve caught myself comparing my “beginning” to other people’s highlight reels, wondering if I should be further along by now.

4. Here’s what I don’t say out loud very often. Some seasons of this business have felt like starting completely over, not because anything failed, but because the work itself asked me to grow into a different version of myself.

5. I’m learning that feeling like a beginner isn’t proof I’m behind. It’s proof the business is still alive, still expanding, still asking something new of me.

6. Eight years in, I’ve raised my prices, rebuilt my circle, and said yes to leading a certification program I wasn’t always sure I was ready for. Every one of those felt like starting over. Every one of them was growth in disguise.

7. So here I am, almost 45, still very much in the middle of becoming. Not behind. Not new. Just still growing, on purpose, in real time.

If you’re in a season that feels like beginning again even though you’ve already put in the years, this is your reminder that it’s not regression. It’s expansion.

Following along here for the next few weeks as I get more honest about what this journey has actually looked like.

con cariño,
arlene

Some people clap for you until you actually start winning.

I’ve had people tell me they were excited for me, that they had my back, and then disappear the moment it actually mattered.

Half promises mixed with silences when I needed a yes. For a while I thought that was on me.

It wasn’t. some people don’t want to see you rise because your growth asks something of them they’re not ready to give themselves.

I’m not shrinking for anyone’s comfort anymore.

Not in my business, not in my life.

I surround myself now with people who want my prices to go up, my calendar full, my family thriving, my nonprofit growing. that’s the room I’m building.

has this happened to you?
tell me below, because in a world of fake news we need true cheerleader who see us living our hearts desires!

Building a business you put yourself on display 24/7 and sometime it gets hard to do that but other times if so powerful!

Reminder: surround yourself by ppl who want to see you light the way 🔥

Your Human Design profile number might be the most underrated thing in your entire chart when it comes to love. 🤨

Most people know their type. Almost nobody knows what their profile says about how they need to be loved. And that gap?

That’s where so much confusion in relationships actually lives. ⬇️

Here’s a little teaser of what your profile reveals:
Profile 1 — You love through knowledge and security. You need a solid foundation before you can open up. If someone rushes you or keeps things vague, your nervous system checks out before your heart even gets a chance.

Profile 2 — You love through naturalness and presence. You have gifts you do not even see in yourself and you need a partner who recognizes them before you do. Also you need alone time and it is not personal, it is literally your design.

Profile 3 — You love through experience and truth. You have learned what does not work through trial and error and that is not baggage, that is wisdom. You need a relationship with room to be real, messy, and evolutionary.

And this is just the beginning!

Because when you start combining profile numbers, that is where it gets really interesting.

🤔 How does a Profile 1/3 love differently than a 2/5? Why does a 3/6 need something completely different than a 3/5?

—> What happens when two profiles meet and create a dynamic neither of them expected?

That is exactly what we are going into at the Human Design Immersion Retreat in Del Mar, June 19 to 21.
What’s love got to do with it? According to your chart, literally everything.

❗️Early bird pricing ends April 30. Full weekend or Saturday day pass. Link in bio to grab your spot before pricing goes up.

Your Human Design chart has been trying to tell you something about your relationships. It’s time to actually listen.

We’re gathering in Del Mar (San Diego) ☀️this June for the Human Design Immersion Retreat and amiga, this is not your average wellness weekend.

We’re going deep on the real stuff, like how your design shapes the way you love, who you attract, why certain connections feel electric and others feel like a slow drain on your soul.🙈

Here’s what’s on the menu: ⬇️

❤️ Workshop One: Understanding your chart AND learning how to read relationship charts. Yes, you’re going to leave knowing how to decode the dynamics between you and literally anyone in your life. Your partner.
Your best friend.
Your situationship.
✨Bring their chart. We’re looking at it.👀

❤️ Workshop Two: Love, Money + S*x Gates in Human Design. The part of your chart that explains your patterns in intimacy, attraction, and worthiness. Your therapist will want a full debrief after this one.

Plus breathwork, sound healing, poolside vibes, shared meals, and a small group of women who are just as done with surface-level spirituality as you are.

Two ways to join — full weekend retreat or Saturday day pass. All experience levels welcome. No prior Human Design knowledge needed, just bring yourself and your curiosity.

Early bird pricing ends April 30.

Link in bio to save your spot before it closes.

Swipe to see what the weekend holds.

She’s been waiting for you.
