I am a wife to a wonderful loving man, CEO of my household, and a proud mother to 4 beautiful kids (one lives in Heaven). I love my family so they are always first in my life, as they are my first passion, my second passion is fitness. I always worked out at the gym since I was teen all the way till having my 3rd child. After having my 3rd child, 2rd daughter via c-section I encountered some postp

artum problems .I ended up with an umbilical hernia and a severe abdominal wall separation called diastasis recti, which is caused by many c-sections. I wasn't able to exercise and reach my fitness goals. Working out has always helped me relieve stress and brought a true happiness to my face so not being able to do the things I wanted to do like yoga, Pilates, weight lifting ,etc… was out of my reach. I did it here and there but I was always worried about messing my body up more. I put a passion of mine on hold for many years. At times I would get so frustrated with my body. My family and friends don’t even know I had these issues because I struggled with them internally and mentally. I would only share my deepest emotions with my husband. We both agreed that we wanted one more child so I put my much need surgery repairs on hold. Finally, 5 years later (a year and half after having my 4th child who was born via c-section) I opted to have the surgery to repair my abdominal wall muscles and hernias. I have been recovered a few months now and I am so excited and thrilled to be able to get started on reaching my fitness goals without anything being in my way psychically. I decided to become a coach with beach body to finally pursue my second passion, FITNESS!! I love to eat healthy, inspire, and motivate people. I want to share my journey with everyone. THIS IS A NEW BEGINNING FOR ME THEREFORE; I WANT TO BE A PART OF YOUR NEW BEGINNING TOO! We all have had personal struggles in life and we all deserve a chance to be our best self. I want to help you do that. Helping you also helps me in so many ways. So let’s help each other live this one life we have to fullest passion in our hearts that we have.

Your Human Design profile number might be the most underrated thing in your entire chart when it comes to love. 🤨

Most people know their type. Almost nobody knows what their profile says about how they need to be loved. And that gap?

That’s where so much confusion in relationships actually lives. ⬇️

Here’s a little teaser of what your profile reveals:
Profile 1 — You love through knowledge and security. You need a solid foundation before you can open up. If someone rushes you or keeps things vague, your nervous system checks out before your heart even gets a chance.

Profile 2 — You love through naturalness and presence. You have gifts you do not even see in yourself and you need a partner who recognizes them before you do. Also you need alone time and it is not personal, it is literally your design.

Profile 3 — You love through experience and truth. You have learned what does not work through trial and error and that is not baggage, that is wisdom. You need a relationship with room to be real, messy, and evolutionary.

We’re going deep with 2 full workshops!

🌀Workshop One is where you start to see everything differently. Yes, we go deep into your own chart and your energy patterns, this workshop goes further than that. You’re also going to learn how to actually read Human Design charts, and we’re diving into the dynamics of partnership readings.

What happens when two designs meet? Where do you naturally flow with someone, and where do you clash? We’re talking about your romantic partners, your best friends, your family members, the people you work with, the relationships that shape your everyday life.

Most people never get to learn this part. You will leave this workshop knowing how to look at any chart and understand the connection.

Bonding time with the San Diego Tourism Authority Cohort 2026. ✨

We’re a curated group of small businesses selected to represent San Diego’s tourism community and honestly? The caliber of people in this room has me feeling like we got it right.

These are businesses built on sustainability, diversity, and a genuine desire to give back. But what stood out most to me wasn’t the business cards or the bios. It was the people behind them. Heart-led, community-first humans who are actually out here doing something meaningful.

Last night we took it to Petco Park for a Padres game, plenty of laughs, a little business talk, and a lot of relationship building. Because that’s what real community looks like. Not just a network, but people you actually want to show up for.

Grateful to be in rooms like this. More to come. 🙌⚾
