Despite the property opening up again on Point Loma Ave. , John Baker Picture Frames will not be making a comeback to a landlord requiring over $10,000 a month lease. Small businesses can’t compete with unrealistic demands.

I'm sorry for the confusion of the sign still on the building for John Baker Picture Frames. The new tenants have not replaced the face with their own logo as planned. The frame shop is permanently closed due to me losing my lease. Thank You, Mary Maslanik.

I regretfully would like to announce, that today is the day I am closing the doors for ever. Thank you all for supporting us for a wonderful 40 years.
