Eat and lose weight without dieting! Healthy salad recipe for every day! I eat day and night!
Ingredients:
1/2 Chinese cabbage, shredded
1 fresh cucumber, sliced
100 grams of crumbled feta cheese
150 grams of sweet corn kernels
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
3 boiled eggs, sliced (optional, for garnish)
2 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt (for dressing)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice (for dressing)
Fresh dill or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Vegetables:
Shred the Chinese cabbage and slice the cucumber. Place them in a large salad bowl.
2. Add the Toppings:
Add the crumbled feta cheese and sweet corn kernels to the bowl. Toss everything together.
