Eat and lose weight without dieting! Healthy salad recipe for every day! I eat day and night!

Ingredients:

1/2 Chinese cabbage, shredded

1 fresh cucumber, sliced

100 grams of crumbled feta cheese

150 grams of sweet corn kernels

3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

A pinch of freshly ground black pepper

3 boiled eggs, sliced (optional, for garnish)

2 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt (for dressing)

1 tablespoon of lemon juice (for dressing)

Fresh dill or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Vegetables:

Shred the Chinese cabbage and slice the cucumber. Place them in a large salad bowl.

2. Add the Toppings:

Add the crumbled feta cheese and sweet corn kernels to the bowl. Toss everything together.

3. Make the Dressing:

In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper until well combined.

4. Combine the Salad:

Don't cook the whole chicken until you see this trick. It will conquer you!

Ingredients:

1 whole chicken (around 2-3 lbs)

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

10 grams (0.4 oz) turmeric

10 grams (0.4 oz) garlic powder

10 grams (0.4 oz) sweet paprika

1 onion, chopped

1 yellow bell pepper, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 lemon, juiced

Fresh herbs (such as parsley or basil), chopped, for garnish

2 cups rice (for serving)

Carrots and zucchini (optional, for serving)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Chicken:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the whole chicken and pat it dry with paper towels. Season the chicken generously inside and out with salt, black pepper, turmeric, garlic powder, and sweet paprika.

2. Stuff the Chicken:

In a small bowl, combine the chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Stuff this mixture inside the cavity of the chicken for added flavor.

3. Trick for Juicy Chicken:

Tie the chicken legs together using kitchen twine, and use skewers to hang the chicken from the oven rack, ensuring it’s suspended above a tray filled with uncooked rice. The rice will catch all the flavorful drippings from the chicken as it roasts, enhancing both the chicken and the rice.

4. Bake:

Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the skin is golden brown and the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).

5. Make the Glaze:

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice. Brush this mixture over the chicken during the last 10-15 minutes of roasting to give it a crispy, tangy finish.

6. Prepare the Rice and Vegetables:

While the chicken roasts, the rice underneath will absorb the juices, creating a flavorful base. You can also cook sliced carrots and zucchini to serve alongside.

7. Serve:

Skillet Chicken Dinner with Honey-Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
5 chicken thighs
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 large onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3-4 medium potatoes, diced into 1-inch pieces
2-3 carrots, sliced into rounds
Fresh parsley, chopped, to taste
2 tablespoons honey
5 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon mustard (Dijon preferred)
1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 200°C/400°F.
Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper generously on both sides.
Heat the olive oil and melt the butter in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
Once the skillet is hot, add the chicken thighs. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are beautifully golden brown.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and cook until soft and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
To the skillet, add the diced potatoes and sliced carrots. Sprinkle with salt and cook for 12-13 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are slightly softened.

Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 eggs, beaten
150 ml of cream
1 teaspoon Provençal herbs
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 tomato, chopped
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, Provençal herbs, oregano, and curry powder.
Dip the chicken cubes into the egg mixture, coating them evenly.
Arrange the chicken cubes in the prepared baking dish. Top with chopped tomatoes.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Tips:
You can substitute boneless, skinless chicken thighs for the chicken breasts.
