We recently received a “Challenge Coin” from The C.W. Driver Companies– Begonia Project and wanted to say, Thank You! This is a token of recognition and appreciation for Teamwork, Safety, and Integrity. We are sharing the acknowledgment, as this is truly a team award that displays our core values and effort it takes from everyone in our company!
As a quick reference, “Challenge Coins” date back to The Roman Empire rewarding soldiers by presenting them with coins to recognize their achievements. They’ve also been an American military tradition, meant to instill pride, improve morale, reward hard work & excellence.
