I love baking and I look forward to Sisira’s birthday every year to make the theme cake of her choice. This year for her 6th birthday (Feb-21) I made the mermaid cake- vegan red velvet cake base with buttercream frosting ( it has eggs) , fondant under the sea stuff dusted with edible glitter dust and mermaid tails. Also added a fondant mermaid tail to one of her Ariel plastic toy and it is setting on a rice paper throne with rice paper sails in the backdrop 🤩 here are some pics 🤩
