Spectacular, Single Story, Equestrian Compound with magnificent sunsets overlooking the infinity edge pool.
8200 sq. ft. (760 m2) Main Home
1700 sq. ft. (158 m2) Guest House.

This home unfolded through a multi-phase transformation—approached not simply as a renovation, but as a complete sensory re-composition.

The original residence felt dark, fragmented, and disconnected. The intention was to open it gently—allowing light, flow, and emotion to guide every decision. What emerged is a deeply personalized environment where invisible functionality supports everyday life, and warmth anchors the home as a place for gathering.

Designed as a sanctuary for reflection, nourishment, and celebration, every surface, material, and transition was considered through the lens of feeling. How the space is experienced mattered as much as how it looks.

Guided by principles of neuroarchitecture, the home unfolds as a multisensory experience—where texture, color, acoustics, and spatial clarity work together to encourage calm, focus, and a sense of ease.

The project was recognized with a USA Property Award for Best Kitchen in California, and an Honorable Mention from the International Design Awards (IDA) for Residential Interior Design – Luxury Living.

We are deeply grateful to be able to create spaces of this kind—beauty shaped with intention, care, and meaning.

This is why homes cannot be reduced to mood boards.
They are lived environments, shaping daily experience over time.

When design moves beyond appearance
and begins to support how we function,
how we rest,
how we recover,
it becomes something else entirely.

Projektowanie nie jest doświadczane intelektualnie.
Najpierw rejestruje je ciało.

Zanim nazwiemy styl,
zanim dostrzeżemy piękno,
na przestrzeń reaguje układ nerwowy.

Dom może regulować lub nadmiernie pobudzać.
Może wspierać odpoczynek albo podtrzymywać napięcie.
Może dawać poczucie ugruntowania —
albo po cichu wyczerpywać.

Dlatego domu nie da się sprowadzić do moodboardów.
To środowisko, w którym żyjemy —
kształtujące nasze codzienne doświadczenie w czasie.

Gdy projektowanie wykracza poza wygląd i zaczyna wspierać to, jak funkcjonujemy, jak odpoczywamy,

W ciszy wyłania się nowa definicja projektowania.

Nie styl ani trendy są tu punktem odniesienia,
lecz świadomość — rozumienie, że przestrzenie, które tworzymy, w subtelny sposób kształtują ludzkie życie.

Projektowanie nie dotyczy już wyłącznie tego, co wizualnie trwałe.
Chodzi o to, jak przestrzeń jest doświadczana przez układ nerwowy, jak wspiera regulację, obecność i dobrostan.

Projektowanie, które zaczyna się od człowieka
i wykracza poza estetykę, nie jest trendem.
Kształtuje przyszłość designu.
To nie chwilowy ruch.
To głębsza ewolucja zawodu — którą dziś tworzymy wspólnie.

Ta książka jest zaproszeniem do tej drogi.
Do spojrzenia na projektowanie z nowej perspektywy — bardziej uważnej, bardziej ludzkiej, głębiej zakorzenionej w tym, jak przestrzeń naprawdę na nas działa.
