Bagelmania continues tomorrow. We’ve been running out early so if you want bagels right out of the oven, make sure to swing by our pick up window from 8-10am on the earlier side. 4618 3rd. We’ve asked for feedback these past 10 weeks and the top requests were- #1 more salt #2 seeds fall off #3 seeded on both sides. So, we’ve adjusted and will be really curious to hear if we nailed it. We’re taking next week off then resuming the following Saturday and we will be charging. Most likely walk up orders and online for pick up. We shall see…. We hope this grows into a viable business that serves the neighborhood hot, sourdough bagels both Saturday and Sunday. 100% of the proceeds go to support our Bayview Makers Kitchen.
