Picked this belt buckle at a garage sale a while back. Was gonna drive past but decided to check it out and found it. Dude had no idea on the significance of it or any history on it so I gave him an offer he couldn’t refuse 😈.

Would really like some info on this, if y’all have any let me know. It’s dated 1974 on the back. Need y’all help to tag .tuttle in the comments to see if they can shed some light on the history of this.
