Familia, Amigos, Gente!
Laboratorio cumple 5 años! Les queremos agradecer el apoyo continuo que nos han brindado a través de los años y queremos compartir esta celebración tan especial con todos ustedes.
Como ya es de costumbre con los shows de Laboratorio DF, contaremos con arte, música y nuestra línea de Calaveras y otros productos. La celebración se llevara a cabo en la Galería Submission el 2 de Noviembre, por lo cual tendremos una celebración especial de Día de Mu***os para recordar y celebrar las vidas de esos seres queridos que ya no nos acompañan. Este año el arte consistirá en una exhibición de altares tradicionales y contemporáneos con sabor y belleza no solamente de Latinoamérica pero la influencia del Área de la Bahía.
El evento comenzara a las 12 del día con diversión para TODA LA FAMILA el cual incluirá la exhibición de altares, actividades para los niños (“pinta tu propia calavera”, “maquillaje de calavera”) pan de mu**to y chocolate.
Las festividades continuaran a las 8 de la noche, con la música romántica y tradicional del incomparable trio Ventura Brothers. La mera mera del Barrio DJ Almix. Y por supuesto que no se pueden perder a la gran banda de Rock y Hip Hop alternativo BANG DATA que siempre nos hace mover esqueleto al ritmo de su sabor y cadencia.
Asi que vengan temprano, tarde o noche y disfrutemos en grande!

Laboratorio DF is celebrating its 5th anniversary and we are so excited to share this special day with all of you who have continued to support us and the local Bay Area art scene through out the years.
And so it is our pleasure to announce that we will be celebrating our 5th year anniversary this November 2nd at Submission Gallery in San Francisco. As with all Laboratorio DF events, you can count on a great array of art, music and our newest line of Hand Painted (crafted) Calaveras in celebration of Day Of The Dead. Also featured will be an exhibition of traditional and contemporary altars with flavor and beauty not only of Latin America but the influence of the Bay Area art as well.
The festivities begin at noon with fun for the whole family including “Paint Your Own Skull” & “Dia de los Mu***os Face Painting”. Not to mention an alter exhibit and pan de mu**to with hot chocolate.
The Party continues at 8pm with with traditional music and the incomparable romantic Ventura Brothers Trio, La mera mera del Barrio DJ Almix, and of course, not to be missed is the great band of Latin Alternative Rock and Hip Hop BANG DATA, bringing sweet tunes to shake and rattle your bones to the beat of its flavor.
So come early, afternoon or evening and lets celebrate!
