The playroom and family room at our Atherton Residence, still in progress, but the vision is already so clear.
We started with our design presentation, the floor plan, and photos of the existing space. Then we fed it all into AI to generate a quick visualization of the palette, the furniture, and the overall feel.
Is the scale perfect? Not quite. Is it a $2,000 rendering? Absolutely not.
But does it give our clients, and us, a quick sense of where this is going? Yup. 🤍
We still work with a professional renderer once every item is finalized. This is just how we get there faster.

The furniture floor plan is where every decision gets tested before anything is ordered. Traffic flow, scale, proportion, this is where we make sure everything works on paper before it lives in the room.

The furniture presentation is where the ideas, fabrics, finishes, textures, and silhouettes are reviewed together on the page before they live together in the room.
