* 1/2 cup (120 g) plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
* 1/3 cup (85 g) peanut butter (xylitol-free, unsalted, no added sugar)
* 1/4 cup (35 g) fresh blueberries
* 1/4 cup (30 g) fresh raspberries
* 2 tbsp (14 g) ground flaxseed
* 1 tbsp (12 g) chia seeds
* 2 tbsp (30 g) pure pumpkin purée

**Supplements:**

* 1 tsp (5 ml) fish oil
* 1/4 tsp (0.5 g) turmeric powder

**Instructions:**

1. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into thick sticks and pat them dry.

* 1/2 cup (125 g) peanut butter (xylitol-free, unsalted, no added sugar)
* 1/2 cup (120 g) plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
* 1/2 cup (45 g) rolled oats (unsweetened)
* 1/4 cup (60 g) pure pumpkin purée
* 1 tbsp (12 g) chia seeds
* 1 tbsp (7 g) ground flaxseed
* 2 tbsp (30 ml) water

**Supplements:**

* 1 tsp (5 ml) fish oil
* 1/4 tsp (0.5 g) turmeric powder
