😋 Southern Fried Salmon Patties Recipe - OMG, DON'T LOSE THIS!
These Southern Fried Salmon Patties are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with simple ingredients that come together to create a savory, comforting dish.
Ingredients:
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can of salmon, drained
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup flour
1 egg
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Directions:
Prepare the Salmon Mixture:
Open the can of salmon and drain it thoroughly. Place the drained salmon in a large mixing bowl and flake it apart using a fork until evenly distributed.
Add Ingredients:
Add the finely chopped onion, cornmeal, flour, egg, and mayonnaise to the bowl. Stir the mixture until everything is well blended and forms a sticky, cohesive mixture.
Shape the Patties:
