Ingredients:
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can of salmon, drained
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup flour
1 egg
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Directions:
Prepare the Salmon Mixture:

Add Ingredients:

These roasted veggies with garlic, thyme, and rosemary make a deliciously fragrant and flavorful side dish. Perfectly tender and golden, they complement any meal!

Ingredients:

1 1/4 lbs baby potatoes, halved
1 lb carrots, scrubbed and chopped
12 oz zucchini, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh thyme, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, minced
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Preheat Oven:

Set oven to 400°F (200°C) and position the rack in the center.
Prepare Potatoes and Carrots:

In a large bowl, combine baby potatoes, carrots, 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
Initial Roast:

Spread potatoes and carrots on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
Prepare Zucchini:

Toss zucchini with 1/2 tbsp olive oil and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl.

Deliciously rich cookies with the perfect blend of pumpkin, oats, and chocolate chips, topped with sea salt!

Ingredients:

1 cup salted butter
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin butter
1 large egg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp espresso powder (optional)
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups old fashioned oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/2-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp kosher salt
2 cups chocolate chunks or chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet.

🧀 Garlic Zucchini Steaks with Cheese 🥒
Quick, delicious, and perfect for summer!

Ingredients:

2 medium zucchini (about 1 lb)
1 cup Parmesan, finely grated
1 cup Mozzarella, shredded
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp fresh basil, torn
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions:

1. Preparation:

Halve the zucchini lengthwise to get 4 "steaks." Score the flesh side in a crosshatch pattern (1/4" deep). Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt and let sit for 15 minutes.
2. Make Garlic Oil:

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a pan, warm 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Transfer the garlic oil to a bowl.
3. Sear the Zucchini:

Add the remaining oil to the pan and sear the zucchini steaks (flesh side down) for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Place them on a baking sheet (flesh side up).

A heavenly combination of rich brownie and pecan pie filling—these brownie bombs are the ultimate indulgence!

Ingredients:

For the Brownies:

1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
For the Pecan Pie Filling:

1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
For Coating:

1 package chocolate almond bark (melted)
Directions:

Prepare the Brownies:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
Melt the butter and stir in the granulated sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.

Ingredients

White or vanilla cake mix: 1 box (15.25 oz)
Oil: ⅓ cup
Eggs: 2
Crushed Oreos: 10
Crushed chocolate chip cookies: 1 cup
Chocolate chips: ¼ cup
White chocolate chips: ¼ cup
Blue gel food coloring: 2 oz (adjust to desired shade)
Directions

Prepare Dough

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix cake mix, oil, and eggs until well combined. Add blue gel food coloring, stirring until the dough is fully blue.
Add Mix-ins
