Strawberry Cheesecake Cupcakes
Ingredients:
Vanilla cupcake batter
Cream cheese (softened)
Sugar
Vanilla extract
Fresh strawberries (diced)
Strawberry jam
Graham cracker crumbs (optional)
Whipped cream or frosting
Steps:
Prepare your vanilla cupcake batter and fill each liner halfway.
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Add a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture into the center of each cupcake.
Top with a bit more batter to cover the filling.
Bake until the cupcakes are fluffy and lightly golden. Let them cool.
Core the center and fill each cupcake with strawberry jam and diced strawberries.
Frost with whipped cream or vanilla frosting.
Finish with a fresh strawberry and a sprinkle of graham crumbs.
