- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar (for crust)
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup blueberry jam
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Fresh blueberries (for garnish)
- Mint leaves (for garnish)

Directions:
1. Prepare the crust: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and melted butter until well mixed. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.

Ingredients:

4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup strawberry puree made from fresh strawberries
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
4 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325F (163C).

2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

3. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a flat, even layer. Set aside.

4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

5. Gradually add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, mixing until fully integrated and smooth.

6. Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring each egg is completely blended into the mixture before adding the next.

7. Stir in the sour cream and heavy cream until the mixture is completely velvety and smooth.

1 can sweetened condensed milk
3-4 bananas, sliced
1 lb strawberries, sliced
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup strawberry puree
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup whipped topping
1 box vanilla wafer cookies, crushed or graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until the mixture thickens.
2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and softened cream cheese to the pudding mixture. Beat together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with the vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently fold this whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well combined.
4. In another bowl, prepare the strawberry cream layer by mixing the strawberry puree with the whipped topping until fully incorporated.

1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple, with juice
1 package 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup cold milk

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, crushed pineapple with juice, and cold milk. Mix well according to the instructions on the cake mix box, usually about 2 minutes.
3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.

2 large eggs
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions:
1. Prepare the Lemon Cake:

Cheesecake Layer:
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp peppermint extract 🍃
Fudge Filling:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream
Frosting:
1 cup butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tsp peppermint extract

Instructions:
