Meet Libba.

What do you get when you combine art, fashion, and information technology? You get Libba!  
Libba’s love for design took root in Richmond, Virginia, inspired by her mother’s work as a landscape designer. Her passion began to blossom when she majored in art history at the University of Virginia. Libba thrives by plunging herself into new opportunities. Whether it’s patterns and colors at a foreign market, hunting down the next hot restaurant, or the logistics of a cross-country move, she’s collected unique life experiences into a rolodex of traits that serve her clients well. Her sunny personality, go-getter attitude, and problem-solving instincts are important ingredients in our office recipe. Her career led her through fashion and information technology and eventually to interior design, where she earned her certification in architectural and interior design software.

We are looking for a part-time Studio Assistant to join our in-office team. You must want to create and maintain a highly organized work environment, be able to work in our San Francisco office 3 days per week (no remote work), start by mid-July, have a drivers license, and willing to juggle a variety of sometimes less tasks in addition to keeping our library organized. Meet Roni.

Roni brings a decade of design expertise to her work, excelling in equal measure at the technical and the creative. Shaped by experiences at firms across the US, she draws from a vast breadth of references, bringing aesthetic and academic rigor to every project. Often spotted bringing her work laptop home JUST in case, her work ethic, critical eye and kind heart are always in harmony when creating spaces and relationships that are authentic and enduring. Frequently browsing Dries Van Noten runway shows for inspiration, Roni relishes tension and the excitement of breaking rules like asymmetry and pattern clashing. 
She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture & Design from The George Washington University, a productive sewing machine, an after-hours jazz voice, and a record collection entirely made up of Barbara Streisand’s greatest hits.

Meet Clara.

As the daughter of two architects, growing up in a house always under construction, Clara’s creativity and enthusiasm for design is second nature. Between the outfits she curates and the spaces she designs, Clara is not afraid to be bold and think outside the box. Frequently referencing her love of musical theater, one of Clara’s favorite parts of the design process is that, like a performance, good design is not just a star on the stage, but involves a myriad of skills and creative minds coming together. Prior to shifting her focus to interior design, Clara spent five years as a post production Producer in Los Angeles, where she mastered the art of managing complex projects and demanding clients with poise. Now pursuing her MFA in Interior Architecture and Design, Clara is dedicated to creating beauty, connecting deeply with clients, and never wearing the same outfit combo twice.

Meet Trisha.

Trisha has been a quiet force in our team since 2022. Inspired by the iconic art deco architecture of her Miami Beach hometown, Trisha’s passion for interior design came naturally, leading her to join our team in 2022. Based in Central Florida, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring our projects run smoothly by managing administrative updates, client billing, procurement and expediting support, and a range of essential back-office operations.
As a mother of two active teenagers, co-owner of a distillery, and an avid world traveler, Trisha brings exceptional multitasking skills and dedication to her work. Her ability to keep our team organized and agile from 3,000 miles away is nothing short of remarkable, and we can’t imagine how we managed without her.

Meet Ashley.
Ashley is the engine behind every project, gracefully keeping timelines on track and organized, with a deep appreciation for detail and process. She’s adorned in a permanent art collection of many artist-edition tattoos that celebrate her rebellious spirit and affinity for art in all its forms. As a lover of music and comfortable vibes, Ashley makes sure the office Sonos is crooning chill beats- setting the tone and rhythm of the studio. From custom furniture and lighting design to procurement of finishes, art, and furnishings for multi million-dollar projects, Ashley brings a comprehensive understanding of the design lifecycle, combining creative vision with logistical precision. 
Originally from the East Coast, Ashley earned her MFA in Interior Design from Parsons School of Design. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology. Prior to joining  ALISONDAMONTE, Ashley contributed to a wide range of high-end residential and hospitality projects across the U.S. and beyond in roles spanning interior design and purchasing coordination.
