I've been reflecting on some of the conversations from AIA26, and a few ideas have stayed with me.
Hearing speak about architecture's responsibility to serve both people and the planet was especially meaningful. His thoughtful approach to sustainability, material innovation, and humanitarian work reinforced the belief that good design has the power to improve lives in lasting ways.
I also appreciated futurist 's perspective on how AI can support architects and designers, especially smaller studios, by creating more time for creativity and meaningful client relationships. And 's conversation about food, culture, and community was a reminder that the spaces we design are ultimately about the people who gather within them.
The best conferences don't just inspire you in the moment. They leave you thinking long after you've returned home, and I'm grateful to carry these ideas into my work.
