Welcome to the Foundry at The Railyards!

Two six-story office and retail buildings located on “Lot 12”, east of the Central Shops between Fifth and Sixth Streets, provide the perfect opportunity for you to bring your business to The Railyards.

The two buildings, designed by RMW architecture & interiors, evoke the spirit of the historic Central Shops buildings using modern and sustainable materials and design elements to meet the needs of businesses and patrons today, tomorrow, and in the future.

Each six-story building features ground-floor retail and restaurant space, and a shared courtyard between the buildings accommodates potential outdoor cafe seating, living green walls, and seat walls.
