For example, we provide local technical support for all of our product lines, including project-site visits and stocked warranty parts. We also develop programs on a customer-by-customer basis according to what makes sense to the particular customer and particular product line, whether the programs are sales-incentives, buy-in opportunities, sales events, or training. All of these job-site visits and programs are trackable with our business tools, including scheduled follow ups, histories, budget tracking, and more.
