In the concept phase, our team focuses on exploring opportunities for activating spaces and defining the overall experience. Early design work considers circulation, program, and context, using material palettes and architectural elements to balance function, aesthetics, and place-making.This stage sets the foundation for how spaces will feel, look, and engage users, reflecting our commitment to thoughtful, site-responsive design from the outset.

The design explored a pedestrian-friendly retail alleyway, enlivened with festival lighting and a mix of restaurants and retail spaces to encourage movement and engagement.

Construction is progressing beautifully on the lodge and guest services facility, “Marge’s Cabin,” at Beaver Mountain Ski Resort in Utah.

Set to open this winter for the 2025–26 season, this new space is designed to elevate the guest experience and serve as a welcoming hub for mountain visitors.

Currently, in the early concept development, our vision is inspired by the rugged peaks of the surrounding landscape, creating a seamless connection between indoors and out. The architecture enhances the alpine experience, offering a refined yet immersive escape in the Sierra landscape.
