Share the flavors of Provence with your family and friends! The GISSV - German International School of Silicon Valley welcomes Les Delices D'Anne's Flavors of Provence to the German Holiday Market on Saturday, December 14th, 11am-9pm, in downtown Mountain View. Les Delices D'Anne will sell Provençal specialties: Tapenade—in both black olive and green olive versions—and Thoïonade.

Tapenade is made of finely-chopped olives, capers, and anchovies. It is often spread on toasted baguette rounds or crackers, but also adds wonderful flavor to stuffing, or fish or vegetable dishes. Thoïonade is made of tuna, capers, garlic, and other ingredients.

Les Delices D'Anne creator, Anne Besset, who moved to the Bay Area from France a few years ago, is also the culinary talent behind La Flamme's Tartes Flambées (Flammeküche), which will also be at the Holiday Market. Both booths will be next to one another in Pioneer Memorial Park in downtown Mountain View.
